Eomba Motomoke
Supply Chain Expert
Ms. Motomoke is a recognized strong leader and creative thinker who conceives and implements activities for relevant country programs, US based partners, sub-contractors, and donors and other stakeholders. Ms. Motomoke has played a leadership role in seeking new donor funding and innovative partnerships to work closely with country and project teams for strategic visibility of company work.
Ms. Motomoke was most recently seconded by the World Bank to the DRC PNAM (Central Medical Stores) due to her expertise in supply chain and her excellent working relationship with the DRC Ministry of health, partners, and key stakeholders including USAID. Ms. Motomoke was also the Country Director of DRC VillageReach where she worked with staff based at central, provincial, and zonal levels while ensuring that appropriate management methodologies to plan, organize and control resources to achieve goals were met. Additionally, Ms. Motomoke was Capacity Building and Senior Technical Manager for Organizational Strengthening (OS) at John Snow, Inc.; she oversaw all organizational strengthening activities, including individual performance improvement and organizational development within health systems. She is also a strong and dynamic facilitator, an excellent cross-cultural communicator. Ms. Motomoke has successfully managed assignments in over 15 countries throughout Africa. She speaks and writes fluently six languages, including English and French.
Ms. Motomoke is skilled in developing relationships with partners to jointly engage in strategic growth and diversification of programs in Francophone and Anglophone Africa; she was based in Ghana as the Regional Manager for CEDPA, a Women Leadership Organization, to cultivate donor participation, strategy development, partner negotiation, technical proposal writing, budget oversight, senior staff recruiting and training. She is very experienced in liaising with other programs, technical, digital health, advocacy, communication with corporate staff to ensure that organizational resources contribute to the company growth and visibility. Ms. Motomoke designed and led the Competency Based Assessment on Quality of Care in Ghana; served as team leader for a health assessment in Francophone West Africa; developed country performance improvement plans, conducted monitoring and evaluation of various health programs across Francophone Africa. Ms. Motomoke has experience working in several developing countries with challenges including civil war, political unrest, insecurity, complex humanitarian setting and lack of modern conveniences.
From 2000-2003, she was based in Ghana as the Regional Training Advisor for CEDPA and Women Leadership with BMGF funds for Francophone and Anglophone women.
From 1986–2000, she worked with the US Peace Corps, successively as a language trainer, language coordinator, and training manager; she taught, planned, and designed training programs.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in education and is a certified On-Job Training Expert. She speaks fluently six languages: English, French, Lingala, Tetela, Swahili, and Tshiluba.

Charles has a master’s degree in public health and is an international expert in the supply chain for health products. He has 20 years of experience in the management of health activities. Charles has held various positions, including:
Coordinator of the mission to analyze, design the logistics management information system, and optimize the supply chain for strategic health inputs in Guinea-Bissau;
National coordinator of the supply chain for personal protective equipment for health personnel against COVID-19 and management of the flow of logistics information in the Democratic Republic of the Congo;
Coordinator of the Ebola virus disease vaccination commission for its 10th epidemic, BUTEMBO branch in the northeast of the DRC during the introduction of the new rVSV ZEBOV vaccine;
Provincial TB specialist for the integrated health project (PROSANI-USAID);
The focal point for the “Reach Every Health Zone with Primary Health Care” approach in post-war conflict health zones;

Jchien Jimmy Basusa-Motomoke

Mr. Basusa-Motomoke is the Chief Marketing Officer at Sharp Consultancy. He plays a strategic role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, by overseeing market research and guiding marketing activities across various channels. He administers marketing programs, brand management, and corporate sponsorships.
A veteran in the Sales, Marketing, and Branding Industry. Mr. Basusa-Motomoke has spent the last 15 years honing his skills as an Advertising Sales Director with Ultimate Corporate Advertising, a Sr. Sales Director with GDS International, and a Brand Manager with Floclaire LLC.
He’s an exceptional creator and leader in marketing fields, has worked alongside a standing committee of other CMOs from many Fortune 500s companies and has been part of advisory board meetings that went over their challenges and helped them guide their investments in services or technology that helped them succeed with a strong business strategy. He has planed, develop and direct marketing efforts for particular brands & products. He has also Created strategies to take advantage of market opportunities & trends. Mr. Basusa-Motomoke has also managed external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and produced & directed photo-shoots/digital campaigns.
